JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the Letter No. 442 dated 04.10.2010, issued by the Block Education Extension Officer, Aurai, cancelling the Letter No. 403 dated 12.08.2010 of appointment of the petitioner as Prakhand Teacher in Upgraded Middle School, Khetalpur Urdu and for quashing of the order dated 26.09.2012 passed by the Member, District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur, rejecting the application of the petitioner and also for a direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post held by him with effect from the date of his appointment as

Patna High Court CWJC No.1763 of 2013 (5) dt.07-08-2017 2/2 Prakhand Teacher was cancelled with all consequential benefits. The petitioner is directed to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 26.09.2012 contained in Memo No. 254 dated 27.09.2012, passed in Case No. 76/2011 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
