"I. For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority particularly the Anchal Adhikari, Punpun, Dist-Patna to give proper protection to the petitioners to construct their house under the scheme of Indira Awas for which the funds have already been released to the petitioner over the land of Plot No.206 of village-Abdalpur, P.S.-Punpun, Dist-Patna.

II. For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent authority to take appropriate legal action against the private respondent No-5 namely Kunti Devi restraining her to disturb the petitioners in constructing their house of Indira Awas of aforementioned.

The petitioners may approach the Public Grievance Redressal Officer for the aforesaid grievance under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015.
