That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the adverse remark for the Annual Assessment Year, 2013 i.e. below good which has been communicated to the petitioner vide Letter No. C.II.1/2014-11 dated 18.06.2014 under the signature of the Commandant,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16874 of 2015(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 11 Battalion, C.R.P.F., Latehar, Jharkhand and further to quash the rejection of his representation against adverse remarks by the competent authority which has been communicated vide Message No. C II. 1/15-11-ST dated 11.05.2015 and further for issuance of a consequent writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities to grant consequential benefits resulting from quashing of the above said orders and/or for issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions as which seem just and equitable in the facts and circumstances stated hereunder."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner simply seeks a direction upon the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Patna Range, Central Reserve Police Force, Patna, Bihar, to consider the recommendation made by the office of the Commandant, 11 Battalion, C.R.P.F. Latehar, Jharkhand, dated 20.8.2015, contained in Annexure-9 to the present writ petition. It is directed accordingly.
