In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.78 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the petitioner has moved before this Court for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 26692 of 2018 and this Court vide order dated 03.05.2018 rejected the anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
