This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Amba Police Station Case No. 61 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

About 82.56 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from Motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
