Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Indian Oil Corporation submits that the prayer has now been rendered infructuous as the representation of the petitioner has been dealt with and disposed of on 05.06.2014 which has been duly communicated to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10966 of 2013 (4) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 In view of such a decision by the Indian Oil Corporation, the prayer of the petitioner is no longer tenable and the writ application is fit to be dismissed.

After perusal of Annexure-A, it appears that the petitioner's representation/complaint was dealt with and has been disposed of.

It was open to the petitioner to challenge such disposal.

As such, the present application is dismissed as being devoid of any merit.
