In this case, the petitioner has made a prayer for enhancement of the pension amount, as admittedly he is getting the pension of Rs. 1,400/- but the claim has been made that he should be paid a higher amount and for that he has filed a representation before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Patna.
