JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 12.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63618 of 2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail once charge is framed.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that only one gun shot injury was found on the person of the injured and petitioner has falsely been roped in the case. Further submission is that petitioner has been in judicial custody 21.08.2018 and now charge has also been framed. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that again the family members of the petitioner has made firing on the informant.

No.28105 of 2019(2) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court No. - I, Buxar, in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 49 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below and also subject to the condition that he will appear before the SHO of concerned police station for six months so that the SHO may watch his conduct, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
