JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-11-2017 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order dated 15.11.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No.15136 of 2010 and the order dated 06.08.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.7837 of 2012. The respondents shall examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the orders passed in the aforesaid writ applications and if the case of the petitioner is found identical, thereafter pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of this order.
