Petitioner is accused in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 168 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected on 18.12.2019 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 64389 of 2019 on merit. Now, the fresh ground of the petitioner is that he is languishing in jail custody since 31.03.2019, more than one and half years.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
