The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No.292 of 2018 pending in the Court of CJM, Sheohar registered for an offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is of demand of motorcycle and due to non-fulfilment, subjected her to cruelty and harassment to the daughter of the informant by the accused persons including the petitioner, causing the death of the daughter of the informant. In view of the fact, petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation of demand of dowry by the accused persons including this petitioner, causing her death, as such, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30125 of 2019(5) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 bail to the above named petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
