The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No.460 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 198, 199 and 209 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have impersonated one Dhannu @ Raqib and obtained bail in his name. Having regard to the allegation of fraud played upon the court, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
