In view of the limited prayer made at the time of hearing, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Saharsa to dispose of the Revision Case No.116 of 2015 within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, if the same has already not done.
