The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of committing criminal breach of trust against the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. He further submits that on persuasion made by the petitioner to the Company, who claim paid the money to the petitioner against the job, have already been received their respective salary till February, 2021 and receiving to that extent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40462 of 2021(2) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 has been signed by them which is evident as Annexure-7 to the petition.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 250 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
