====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons tortured and harassed the informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus. Petitioner is separate and mess and property and she has got no concern with the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29768 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 affairs of the informant. Moreover, thrust of accusation is against husband of the informant who has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 04.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40371 of 2024. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Classcum-Additional Civil Judge, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1140C of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
