2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Noorsaria P.S. Case No. 375 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, a large amount of the looted goods, a country made pistol, four live cartridges etc., were recovered at the instance of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2025.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34328 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner has 13 criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to review its earlier order.
7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected again.
