JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mashrakh P. S. Case No. 239 of 2017 registered under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in disclosure made by co-accused from whom stolen tractor was recovered, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. However, in case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit
