The present writ application has been filed in the year 2013 for a direction to Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 to grant loan to the petitioner for setting up his own industry under the scheme of P.M.E.G.P.

It appears that though the petitioner was having the requisite qualifications and had made an application in proper format, the case of the petitioner was not considered and till date no sanction has been accorded to him.

Be that as it may, since there is no representation on the part of the respondent-Gramin Bank nor have they filed any counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.11614 of 2013 (5) dt.16-10-2017 2/2 affidavit, the matter is remitted back to the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, before whom the petitioner shall make fresh application along with requisite documents, who shall consider the same within a period of six weeks of making of such representation and decide this case by means of reasoned order.
