The petitioner has prayed for quashing of Memo Nos.1704 and 1705 both dated 21.09.2015 passed by the District Cooperative Officer, Patna whereby the function of the Board (Managing Committee) of Patliputra Cooperative House Construction Society Limited has been suspended under sections 41(1)(iv) and 41(2) of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935.

Mr. Binod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner with reference to an order passed in Revision Case No.314 of 2015 and Revision Case No.310 of 2015 submits that one of the members had moved before the Registrar against the impugned order and the Registrar vide order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.16424 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 6.10.2015 stayed the suspension order. He thus prays for disposal of the writ petition in the light of the order passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies in Revision Case No.314 of 2015 and Revision Case No.310 of 2015.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Let a copy of the order dated 6.10.2015 passed in Revision Case No.314 of 2015 and Revision Case 310 of 2015 by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna be maintained on the record.
