JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Sahiara P.S. Case No.59 of 2019 for offences under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, in the event the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks regular bail, the court below shall
