JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 02-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. Vide order dated 16.07.2021, a report was called as to why and under what circumstance, bail has been granted to the petitioner ins spite of the fact that his application for bail is pending before this Court.

In response thereof, a report dated 06.08.2021 has been received and kept at Flag 'R' whereby it is submitted that petitioner was not granted bail rather he has been acquitted and the case has been disposed of on 20.03.2021. Considering such facts, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.
