JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2017 The onus is on the university now to implement the order and directive, coupled with the decision, which has been taken by the State Government, which is reflected from the order, dated 13th of February, 2017, which is Annexure-D to the supplementary show-cause filed on behalf of the State.

The said show-cause of the State filed on 15th of February, 2017 should be placed on record by the office. The Registrar of the university is directed to do the needful in terms of the above within a period of eight weeks from today.

Patna High Court MJC No.2852 of 2015 dt.23-02-2017 2/2 Contempt application stands disposed off with observation / direction as above.
