The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2022 in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

There is recovery of 114 litres of foreign liquor from a motorcycle and apprehended person, namely, Balwant Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.03.2022, he shall be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional
