JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 30.11.2012 as contained in Memo No.270 passed in Case No.64/2011 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Saran, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.
