2. It is the petitioner's claim that he is entitled to payment of the amount of compensation against acquisition of land for Hathua-Bhatni New broad gadge (Bari) Railway Line (Second Phase) Project for which Land Acquisition Case No. 5/2011-12 was initiated. An award was also prepared but

Patna High Court CWJC No.13546 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 because of certain objection raised by the co-sharers of the petitioner, the said amount could not be paid. It has also been stated that the petitioner has recently approached the District Magistrate, Gopalganj by making a representation for payment of amount of compensation, which the father of he petitioner was entitled to receive at the time of acquisition. A copy of the said representation has been brought on record by way of Annexure-2 to this writ application.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction that let the District Land Acquisition Officer, Gopalganj take a decision on the petitioner's representation for payment of amount of compensation, if the petitioner approaches him with a copy of this order within one month from today.

4. This disposes of the application.
