Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 414/120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a/25(1-b)c/26/35 of the Arms Act, Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 13 of the U.A.P. Act. According to FIR, from the house of co-accused Anant Kumar Singh fire-arm and explosives were recovered by the police and at the time of recovery the petitioner, who was domestic help of Anant Kumar Singh, was there. As such, was apprehended and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31171 of 2020(3) dt.10-12-2020 2/2 remanded in this case on allegation that the petitioner was also involved in hiding the fire-arm etc. The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Mr. Mithilesh Kumar Khair, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period already undergone and completion of investigation there is no need of further detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.389 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
