JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) 27-06-2016 The challenge in the writ petition is to an order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna, dated 04.04.2006. Such order was earlier challenged by the petitioner in CWJC No.6579 of 2006 which was dismissed on 22nd October, 2008. Special Leave Petition was dismissed. Again the petitioner has challenged the same order.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17017 of 2015 (4) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 Keeping in view that the petition challenging the said order is not maintainable, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
