The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Simari P.S. Case No.240 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 337, 307, 353, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he got information on his mobile that a person at village 'Sahiyar' died in a motor accident. The informant went to the place of occurrence but the villages who had assembled started pelting stone and damaged the vehicle of the police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police named the petitioner in the FIR but no specific allegation is made. The brother of the petitioner died in road accident and the villagers were protesting there and occurrence occurred because the driver

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrte-VI, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S.
