The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Referring to the prosecution case is that petitioner has made accused in the alleged loot of articles kept in the pickup Tata Magic Van. The name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody on surrender since 22.02.2019 but till date he is not put on TIP. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 22.02.2019 but
