Vide order dated 24.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47751 of 2021 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner by this Court and directing him to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, but he failed to furnish the bail bond within time due to he has gone to Surat, Gujrat to earn his livelihood.

In that view of the matter, the order dated 24.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47751 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and furnish bail bond within a period of four weeks from the date of this order in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 45 of 2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30599 of 2022(2) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 pending in the Court of learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua and remaining parts of the said order shall remain intact. Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
