2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has brought to the notice of this Court that the order of this Court has, in fact, not been fully and correctly complied with.

3. In my view, now that the order has been passed, it is open to the petitioners to challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding, if they are so advised.

4. These proceedings thus stand terminated with the aforesaid liberty.
