Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have regularly worked for a considerable long time to the satisfaction of the officer concerned, yet the respondents have adopted pick and choose method for grant of further extension of service. The agreement of the agency expired on 18.03.2019.

In view of the above, the Court cannot issue any positive direction for consideration of the case of the petitioner. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to approach the respondents and persuade the respondents about their credibility and usefulness. On filing of such representation, the respondent no.2 will consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
