1. Though, the present petition is by way of second attempt, at the behest of the petitioner, for grant of regular bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No.388 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376-C, 201, 315, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the prosecution evidence has been closed and the trial is on the verge of completion, the petitioner be granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after lapse of one year from today, in case the trial in question is not concluded. Liberty so sought is granted.
