JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwa P. S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 504, 323, 506 and 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application wherein the victim has not whispered a word against the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1180 of 2018 (2) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in Kotwa P. S. Case No. 115 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
