JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 15-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and also learned counsel for the Vigilance. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the FIR, the petitioner has been appointed as Assistant Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner joined her job in the year 2015 and due to fracture of her leg, she has discontinued her job since May, 2018 and after May, 2018, petitioner has not joined her job
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30275 of 2022(2) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 and petitioner had received her salary till January, 2018. Petitioner has clean antecedent.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 40 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
