2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) To issue an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to Respondents, specially Respondent No. 2 to adopt Land Acquisition Proceeding by filling requisition to the Collector, Rohtas for the petitioner's land measuring 0.06 Acre (18'X147') of R.S. Plot No. 917/3570, Khata No. 63 (Ka) of Mauza Dharupur as required to be

(ii) Any other relief/reliefs may be granted to the petitioner for which she is entitled to."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the affidavits filed by the State, the fact remains that some of his land has been taken over for using it as a pathway to the office of the Sub Jail compound at Bikramganj in the district of Rohtas.

4. To cut short the matter, he submits that alongwith all the supporting documents, he shall be approaching the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent no. 3) in four weeks.

5. Learned State counsel submits that though the affidavit shows the claim to be unfounded, if the petitioner is ready to provide all the documents alongwith his representation before the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent no. 3), the same shall be considered.

6. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent no. 3) in next four weeks.

7. If such petition is preferred, after hearing all the parties and seeking report from the Revenue Authorities, a comprehensive order be passed latest by 31.03.2026.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
