JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he appeared in the examination of Central Armed Police Forces (Constable) in place of another person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 4.3.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
