JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner prays for issuance of direction against the respondents as follows : (I) Holding that the respondent-authorities have no jurisdiction to terminate the service of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher, without verifying the result from the Intermediate Education Council.

(ii) Holding and declaring that the petitioner passed Intermediate Examination with First Division and her removal from service is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and against the well settled legal principles (iii) Directing the respondent authorities to reinstate the

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of her grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Araria within a period of thirty days from the date of this order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
