This application is filed for quashing of an order dated 06.06.2018 passed in Complaint Case No. 466/2016 by the learned Court of C.J.M., Sheikhpura by which the learned Court below has been pleased to dismiss the complaint case of the petitioner under Sections 203 Cr.P.C.

From the reading of complaint as well as the impugned order, it appears that this is a mallicious prosecution which was lodged by the petitioner, and therefore, the complaint has been dismissed by a detailed order by the Court below.
