It appears from the show cause filed on 11.07.2017 that the petitioner's case was considered by the opposite parties and it was found to be wholly improbable under law and, therefore, his case for appointment, was rejected, on the premise that he had given various dates of birth at various points of time and when the same was examined, the order of appointment issued to him on 11.04.2017 was cancelled vide Annexure 'N' dated 08.07.2017 contained in Memo No. 301.
Accordingly, no case under the Contempt of Court's Act made out and thus, the application is dismissed. It shall, however, be open to petitioner to challenge the order in accordance with law.
