JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the case of the petitioners is covered by the issue decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. No.29655 of 2010 dated 26.11.2012.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the present writ application stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in S.L.P. No.29655 of 2010 dated 26.11.2012. In light of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.15924 of 2013 (4) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 Supreme Court, the petitioners shall approach the District Magistrate, who is the Chairman of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, if any such representation is made. The Respondent shall dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation, in accordance with law.
