JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-08-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks protection for a period of eight weeks from today in order to pursue the second appeal filed by the petitioner bearing S.A. No. 531 of 2021, which is pending adjudication before this Court, to which the learned counsel for the Respondents has got no objection. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, it is directed that for a period of eight weeks from today, status quo existing as on today shall be maintained.
