2. The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2020 in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. In view of the fact that the sessions trial in this case has begun and 11 witnesses have already been examined, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
