The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 452 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The matter relates to killing of the informant's brother and specific allegation against the petitioner is that he opened fire on his brother which caused the killing. Considering the specific allegation that has been made
