In view of the fact that, one of the original charges against the petitioner of having been intoxicated has been excluded, it is prayed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that he will approach the Revisional Authority under Rule 54 of the Central Industrial Security Force Rules so as to persuade the authorities to done down the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17899 of 2015 dt.23-04-2018 2/2 punishment keeping in view the mitigating circumstances which he will submit by way of a comprehensive representation before the Revisional Authority.
3 On such limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revisional Authority, that in case such a representation is filed within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order, the Revisional Authority may dispose of the claim of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks thereafter from the date of representation.
