JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is of recovery of 195 litres of liquor from the Mustered field of one Vijay Rai and petitioner happens to be his son and part from that petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession and he has falsely been implicated in this case and in all other cases he is on bail.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34958 of 2019(3) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He may surrender and pray for regular bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
