====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 03-01-2018 From the show cause and the supplementary show cause filed by the respondents and the detailed order passed by this Court in the matter on 1.11.2017, it is seen that as per the respondents, the amount entitled to be paid to the petitioner has been paid and nothing further remains to be paid. Even though the petitioner has disputed the aforesaid, but now, in this contempt proceeding, the said dispute with regard to quantification of the amount cannot be looked into. The respondents having calculated the amount payable to the petitioner and having paid it, we see no reason to keep the matter pending.
