2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(A) Mandamus commanding the respondent to permit the petitioner to construct house under Indira Awas Yojna and also in the light of order dated 06.10.2012 (Annexure-1) passed in Execution Case No. 02 of 2012.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10626 of 2016(3) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 (B) Any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner may be found entitled to in the fact and circumstances of the present case may be granted to her."

3. In the presence of Mr. Gyan Prakash Ojha, learned GA-7, Mr. Prabhas Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to approach appropriate authority/court for the redressal of the grievance.

4. Granting said liberty and without commenting on the merit of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of.

5. It goes without saying that if such petition is/are filed, the authority/court is duty bound to take the same to its logical conclusion.
