1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned A.P.P. Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad, at the outset, draws the attention of the Court to the order impugned dated 20.03.2024 and submits that from perusal of the order impugned dated 20.03.2024 in A.B.P. No.236 of 2024, it would manifest that the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya has recorded that petitioner had earlier applied for anticipatory bail, which was disposed of by his learned Predecessor Court and thereafter, again the petitioner after six years filed the instant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33643 of 2024(3) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 A.B.P. No.236 of 2024, when the occurrence is alleged to be of the Year 2015.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. and after going through the order impugned, the Court prima facie is of the view that petitioner is contesting a leisure litigation.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
