The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 272, 273, 414 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 110 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the possession of apprehended accused person, who disclosed the name of petitioner and others, as his associates. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29917 of 2022(2) dt.12-08-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 604 of 2020, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
